The Career Services
Center web site and Experience Job Board promote all event attendees
and their hiring information. Students attending a career event who are serious job and internship seekers are encouraged to dress appropriately. Event attendees may include freshmen through graduate-level students who are researching industry information, completing a class assignment, or just passing by.
Emails are sent to students, faculty, and staff to promote all recruiting events.
Marketing fliers are distributed to on-campus departments, advising offices, student organizations, and all eight campuses.
Students learn about recruiting events during presentations
to classes
and student organizations, and during drop-in
and individual counseling.
The Daily
Kent Stater, our student newspaper, runs several display ads announcing our recruiting
events.
