Types of Interview Schedules

We offer schedules for 30-minute, 45-minute or one-hour interviews. Typically, the first interview is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. and the last one is scheduled so that the interviews are concluded by 5:00 p.m. Please advise us of any schedule irregularities when choosing the type of schedule for your visit (i.e., late arrival, early departure, extended lunch hour, etc.) and keep in mind that our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

  • 12 interview slots at 30-minutes each:
    • first interview begins at 8:30
    • last interview ends at 4:30
    • lunch is 11:45 – 1:15
    • two 15-minute breaks at 10:00 and 2:30

  • 8 interview slots at 45-minutes each:
    • first interview begins at 8:30
    • last interview ends at 4:30
    • lunch is 11:45 – 1:15
    • two 15- minute breaks at 10:00 and 2:45

  • 7 interview slots at 60-minutes each:
    • first interview begins at 8:00
    • last interview ends at 4:30
    • lunch is 12:15 – 1:15
    • two 15- minute breaks at 10:00 and 3:15

Special Interview Schedule Offerings:

  • Pre-Selection Schedule:
    • Arrangements are made 4-6 weeks in advance
    • Candidates who meet qualifications set by the employer may submit their resumes for consideration through the Experience job board.
    • Resumes are collected for approximately two weeks and the recruiter will then select which candidates they would like to invite to sign up for an interview.
  • Open Schedule:
    • Arrangements are made 3-4 weeks in advance
    • Qualifications are set by the employer and candidates who meet those qualifications may sign up directly to the interview schedule.

      NOTE: With both Pre-Selection and Open Schedules, employers may log into Experience to view/print resumes of candidates and view the schedule sign-up progress.

Build Your Own Schedule:

We are happy to accommodate recruiters who wish to build their own schedules and simply utilize our interviewing facility. The most common time for this is during the week following a career fair. Recruiters build their own interview schedules during the fair, or choose to review resumes collected at the event and then contact the candidates directly to schedule interviews.
