On-Campus Interviewing

Many employers choose to interview candidates for job and internship openings in the Career Services Center's professional interviewing suites located in our office in 261 Schwartz Center. While on-campus interviewing is available to employers year-round, most conduct interviews during the academic year (September – April).

To Participate in Interviews, Students/Alumni:


Types of Interview Schedules:

1) Pre-Selection Schedule

  • A candidate who meets position criteria can submit their resume to job postings on the Experience Job Board for consideration.

  • Employers then review applicants and candidates are notified via an email from Experience if they are invited to sign up for an interview.

    Candidates who are pre-selected to sign up for an interview are not necessarily guaranteed a spot on an interview schedule. Employers can invite more candidates to interview than there are interview spots; therefore, interviews are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2) Open Schedule

  • Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications (as determined by their Experience profile) are permitted to sign-up directly for available interview times.
